Your role

Responsibilities.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of a TC fleet across internal and external charters
  • Optimise vessel employment, including triangulation, backhaul opportunities and minimising idle time
  • Run voyage calculations, TCE analysis and freight economics to support commercial decisions
  • Support traders in sourcing and fixing spot and time-charter tonnage by negotiating charter party terms
  • Arrange and optimise bunkering, including planning, pricing and supplier coordination
  • Handle demurrage, operational claims and contractual risk exposure
  • Liaise with owners, charterers, terminals and agents to ensure smooth execution
  • Identify and capture commercial opportunities to improve margins and reduce costs
Your profile

Requirements.

  • Experience in tanker and/or LPG shipping operations, chartering or shipbroking
  • Strong understanding of charter parties, voyage economics, bunkering and claims handling
  • Commercial mindset with sound negotiation skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, decision-driven environment
  • Ownership mentality and strong execution focus
