Your role
Responsibilities.
- Manage operational activities for seaborne and inland cargo movements of oil products and commodities
- Handle cargo and barge operations including vessel vetting, cargo insurance, voyage instructions and discharge orders
- Monitor and coordinate with storage terminals for inventory control and timely transfers
- Process invoicing, settlements and demurrage claims, ensuring timely resolution
- Coordinate across Trading, Middle Office, Trade Finance, Treasury and Accounting departments
- Update operational information in CTRM systems and Excel tracking files
Your profile
Requirements.
- 3-5 years in Cargo / Shipping Operations (heavy distillates experience preferred)
- Experience in international commodity trading environments
- Proficiency with E/CTRM and ERP platforms
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Fluent English (spoken / written); additional languages beneficial
- University degree (Bachelor or Master in Business or Science / Technical)
