Your role

Responsibilities.

  • Lead and manage the full finance function (accounting, controlling, treasury, tax)
  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business growth objectives
  • Oversee financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) in compliance with applicable standards
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity and working capital optimisation
  • Maintain relationships with banks, auditors and external advisors
  • Provide strategic insights and financial analysis to support executive decision-making
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including performance monitoring
  • Build, manage and develop the finance team
  • Roll out and fine-tune SAP S/4HANA implementation
  • Identify and mitigate financial and regulatory risks specific to the fuel trading sector
Your profile

Requirements.

  • 7-10+ years of experience in senior finance roles
  • Experience in fuel trading, energy, commodities or related sectors
  • Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting
  • Proven experience in cash flow and financing management
  • Advanced SAP S/4HANA knowledge and key-user experience
  • Good understanding of tax regulations (VAT, excise duty experience preferred)
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Leadership experience with a track record of team development
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
