Your role
Responsibilities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements per HGB and group reporting standards
- Manage general ledger and sub-ledger and reconcile complex balance sheet items
- Determine provisions, accruals and valuations
- Post daily business transactions
- Prepare VAT returns and related reporting
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, authorities and internal teams
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA Finance system and process improvement initiatives
Your profile
Requirements.
- Commercial apprenticeship certification (IHK) or business administration degree with accounting focus
- Several years of balance sheet accounting experience in complex / international environments
- Strong HGB accounting knowledge and solid VAT law understanding
- Practical SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft M365 proficiency
- Structured, independent approach with analytical problem-solving ability
- Team collaboration and strong communication skills
- Fluent German and business-level English
