Your role

Responsibilities.

  • Review and process trade-related invoices (freight, demurrage, storage, inspections, etc.)
  • Verify quantities, pricing and contractual terms
  • Ensure completeness of supporting documents (BL, SOF, LOI, etc.)
  • Coordinate discrepancies with counterparties
  • Monitor receivables / payables and support trade settlements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, VAT and internal policies
  • Support reconciliations, reporting and audits
  • Maintain accurate cost records and improve processes
Your profile

Requirements.

  • 2-5 years in trading back office, logistics or shipping
  • Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle
  • Strong attention to detail and Excel skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills
  • CTRM experience is a plus
  • Fluent English (German is an advantage)
